Return Policy

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note: All returned items must be in new, unopened and unused condition, with the original tags, packaging and labels attached.

Return Policy for Stock & Non-Stock items

Items purchased from posterprinters.co (Red Circle Solutions LLC) may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. All returned items must be in new, unopened and unused condition, with the original tags, packaging and labels attached. Once the item is received, a refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.

Custom items are not eligible for return.

Non-stock items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Customer related returns are subject to the following handling fee:

Return via UPS or local delivery: $15

Return via Motor Freight: $175

Return Process

To return an item, email us at returns@posterprinters.co with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

Return shipping charges will be paid for by us.

Refunds

After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 3-5 business days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.
